Walk Through the Bible's Vision and Efforts in Latin America Missions

Jan 25, 2003 12:10 PM EST

Honduras -- Walk Through the Bible has both the vision for ministry growth in Latin America and the drive to see it through. They are now working to aid the spiritual growth of the church in the area through Bible teaching, tools, and training. WTTB's Terry Sparks says the newest phase is dependent on the groundwork laid last year.

"The model in Honduras is very important to our future development of our ministry there. Also, I'd like people to know that if they would like to go with us on a trip, we are planning to open the country of Brazil." Sparks says as with any new outreach, there are obstacles to be overcome with prayer.

"People are busy, there are a lot of distractions, and it's hard to get people's attention. The rural areas are difficult because of the living conditions, and it makes it difficult to go into some of the rural areas."
