Green Appointed as Affirmative Action Officer

VALLEY FORGE, Pa. — Winona A. Green has been appointed as affirmative action officer by Dr. Summer M. Grant, executive director of The Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board (MMBB). Green will continue her previous work as MMBB's relationahip manager.

Green had joined MMBB's staff in January 1997, and since then, she partook in finance operations, administering of member loans and coordination of the RMMP. Prior to her involvement with the MMBB, Green acted as the director of the International Business Unit of AT&T Capital Corporation; she financed AT&T's real estates, internal auditing, capital planning and business planning.

A graduate of Morgan State University, Baltimore, Md., Green has an M.A. degree in special education from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Fordham University, New York City.

Grant noted during Green's assingnment, "I am pleased that MMBB has a person of Winona's commitment, depth and skill. I know that she will reinforce my deep commitment to maintaining a diverse workforce in a challenging, yet nurturing, environment."
