Youth Specialties to Hold 2004 National Youth Workers Convention

Youth Specialties, a ministry providing training and resources for Christian youth workers, will be holding its 2004 National Youth Workers Convention beginning this month.

According to Tic Long, president of Youth Specialties events, around 12,000 youth workers will be expected at the ministry’s three scheduled convention locations in Anaheim, Ca., Dallas, Tx., and Atlanta, Georgia.

There will be 80 seminars offered alongside seven general sessions, announced YS.

Several prominent Christian bands will also perform during the general sessions, including David Crowder, Jars of Clay, Audio Adrenaline, tobyMac, Rachel Lampa, and Grits.

The date for the 2004 National Youth Convention are as follow:

· Anaheim: September 23–27

· Dallas: October 7–11

· Atlanta: November 19–23

The 2005 National Youth Convention will be held in Sacramento, Ca. (September 29–October 3), Pittsburgh, Ohio (October 13–17), and Nashville, Tenn. (November 17–21).
