Hong Kong Music Film Association Stages Tsunami Aid Event

Hong Kong artist’s association organizes two-day evening event at the Baptist University’s meeting hall. The event’s name is called the “Tsunami World Awareness.”

Last night, participants prayed for tsunami refugees. Participants were asked to reflect on what they valued the most important in their lives. Also, event’s spokesmen announced that funds collected during the event will be used to rebuild the homes of tsunami survivors.

The evening was filled with performances by various Hong Kong Christian music artists. In addition, several tsunami-survivors testified to the audience about how they came to know God through their life and death experience. During the evening, a film was show prompting an emotional response as audience members could be seen crying and filling donation boxes with money to help fund tsunami-relief work.
