Hosted by Cultural Renewal Regeneration Research (Worldwide) Foundation and China Corporation Lamb Culture Association and other organizations, the Second Lamb Culture Management Forum will be held in Singapore from January 8 thru 11. Dr. Joseph Tong, Dr. Thomas In-sing Leung, and other influential pastoral ministers and lay-leaders will engage in topical discussions about the culture of enterprises in China’s business world with around 100 Christian CEOs from mainland China and dozen more from Southeast Asia and United States.

According to the organizing committee, the conference will pin-point the ruthless and self-seeking “Wolf Culture” that is becoming ever-increasing popular in China’s business world and deep influence of “Dragon Culture” characterized by despotic violence, and once again propagate the “Lamb Culture” that emphasizes in its core the spirit of sacrifice – just as the self-sacrificing character of Jesus Christ – using this to rebuild China’s business ethics and social ethics.

“As today’s world has stepped into the era of globalization, raging tides of secularism that is motivated by material gains and benefits is following immediately after. The combination of Confucius order that is characterized by its emphasis on success and gains in this world with the modern materialism provided an unusually fertile soil ground for secularism to thrive in China; the trend of “Wolf Culture” is a result of such kind of combination. The “Wolf Culture” coordinates with “Dragon Culture” that has been covering China for several thousand years, causing China’s culture to take one step further away from the “Love”, which is the core of Christian spirit, leading the Chinese people to once again walk on the wrong path. Because of this, every Christians in China bear this cultural renewal mandate. From the perspective of Christian CEOs, the method of how to reveal Christ in the market economy is an actual demand of this commission.”

“This forum will continue to carry on this commission of instilling “Lamb Culture” step by step from discussion of the concepts and theories into level of actual operation.”

Furthermore, the conference will base its discussion emphasis on the Bible, while considering in full scope the standard of company management within the eastern cultural context, providing Christian CEOs with practical theories and actual help.

The lecture topics of the seminar are Biblical Business Management and Business Culture, Cultural Renewal and China’s Modernization, Going from Dragon and Wolf Cultures to Lamb Culture, Christian Businesses and Market Ethics, The Cultural Mandate of Christian CEOs in China, Biblical Principles and Modern Company Government, The Path of International Markets for International Brands, Investment and Financing, and etc,.

Keynote speakers are Dr. Joseph Tong, Dr. Thomas In-sing Leung, influential Philippine-based CEO and Christian leader Dr. Andrew Liuson, Dr. Yu Ming Jai, Lamb Culture initiator Man De, biblical management model business Suzou Tecsun marketing director Wang Zhong Ya, Singapore Cultural Renewal Regeneration Research Rev. Wong, Singapore award-winning financial consultant brother Wong, and various other overseas and mainland Christian executives.
