City Harvest Church member has created a Facebook page, calling for the prayers and support from fellow church members for their leaders who are undergoing trial.

The Facebook page calls for the Commissioner of Charities (COC) to not remove the eight leaders of their church. The page was setup by 35-year-old Madeline Chua, an executive church member and a cell group leader, on April 17, 2013.

As of May 16, 2013, the page has over 2,100 “Likes.”

“To fellow brothers & sisters in Christ…If you support the vision of CHC; if you supporter the leaders of CHC; NOW is your time to voice. Please help us appeal to COC NOT TO REMOVE our 8 leaders from CHC,” the page description writes. “The removal is permanent if it ever materializes. We do not know what’s the outcome, but we just need to try our best.

“Many of us have been blessed by CHC; by our leaders. We experienced God because of them. They are our family. Let’s do our best and let God do the rest. We have faith but not blind faith. The reason why we are still here because this is where we found God & our leaders have done a wonderful job. Their fruits have remained.”
