The third week of the 2013 NFL Preseason schedule begins Thursday, August 22 and we will see the Carolina Panthers travel to the M&T Bank Stadium to take on the Baltimore Ravens. The kickoff time is 8:00 PM ET and the game will be televised on ESPN.
The third preseason game is widely known as the closest to a real game the preseason has to offer. This will be the final home game at M&T Bank Stadium for the Ravens until week 2 of the regular season as their final preseason game is on the road as well as the season opener.
The Panthers underperformed last week by not scoring a touchdown against a Philadelphia defense that has a new defensive coordinator and few stars on that side of the ball. They are expecting the same physical, rush-oriented Ravens offense that has produced 71 points through two preseason games.

NFL Preseason Live will cost subscribers $14.99 for the duration of the preseason, but allows fans to see any of the 65 preseason games, including dual or quad screen views of multiple games. The NFL Preseason Live subscription service runs until September 15.
On the other hand, there’s some possible free options for watching NFL online. You might be able to see a certain game with the ESPN3/WatchESPN live stream feeds online.
NBC Sports Live Extra and the Sunday Night Football All Access site are two other potential free live stream sites to check out to see if they might be live streaming a big NFL game on the internet.
