The 2014 NBA All-Star Game will be the culmination of NBA All-Star Weekend festivities, played out in New Orleans, Louisiana. The All-Star Game featuring the top players in both the Eastern and Westenr Conference will begin tonight at 8 p.m. ET or 5 p.m. PT on Sunday, February 16, 2014. LeBron James of the Miami Heat was the leading vote-getter in the Eastern Conference as he starts his 10th All-Star Game.

"It's great being here, man, and it's nice to see all your fellow guys around the league, both East and West," said James, according to SportsNews.com. "I'm honored to be here once again and excited to be part of this."

From the West, the leading vote-getter was Kevin Durant from Oklahoma City Thunder He finished second to James in overall voting and will be in his fifth All-Star Game.

Fans will get to watch James square off with Durant.

"They don't compare me to K.D.,"said James when asked about their on-court relationship, according to Sports Illustrated. "They just talk about the two best players in the game and which one is better -- which one can score better, who is the MVP, who is going to win the next championship. But they don't ever compare our games too much, we're two different players."

Last year, Los Angeles Clipper's Chris Paul earned MVP honors with 20 points, 15 assists and four steals, leading the West to a 143-138 in Houston. In addition, Durant became the first player in history to score 30-plus points in three straight All-Star games.
