According to Vincent Funaro of Christian Post, Jobe currently works as a worship pastor at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. She has previously won two Dove Awards and has been nominated for a Grammy in 2012.

Her husband, Carnes, is a worship pastor and artist with Gateway Church in Arizona. He even left a comment about their engagement on Instagram back in August.

"Engaged to the incredible, beautiful, sweet, honoring, generous & loving @karijobe," he wrote. My best friend. My teammate. My favorite. I've never felt more honored and loved. So excited to spend the rest of my life, hand in hand with this girl. WE'RE ENGAGED!!! #CARNES2014."

Although she is married now, Jobe was known for being outspoken as a single Christian woman. Funaro noted that she gave some frank advice back in June 2013 to young girls and single women during an interview at the K-Love Fan Awards.

"God's timing is perfect, you know, and everyone's walking through things that they're having to trust the Lord for His timing," Jobe said. "My favorite scripture verse is Psalm 27:14, it says: 'Wait on the Lord, be of good courage and He will strengthen your heart.' So, I know that He's had me wait. I'm in my 30s right now, you know, He's had me wait because His timing is perfect."

Jobe first released her debut album "Throneroom Worship: Live Acoustic Worship" back in 2004. According to Christian Today, she became internationally famous after releasing her self-titled album in 2009, making her one of the "most gifted worship artists" today.

On March 25, Jobe released her latest album, "Majestic."
