"19 Kids and Counting" star Anna Duggar appears to be following in the footsteps of mother-in-law Michelle Duggar, confirming that she and husband Josh Duggar are expecting their fourth child.
"This time of the year there are so many things we're thankful for," Josh states in the video. Then, all five members of the Duggar family shout: "We're expecting!"
Anna also made the announcement via Twitter using the hashtag #4andCounting.
The couple revealed that they had already shared the exciting news with the "19 Kids and Counting" stars Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, as well as all 18 of Josh's siblings.
"After Ben [Seewald] and Jessa's wedding, we were still visiting with the family in Arkansas, and so it was really exciting to get to share with the family the exciting news," Anna explains in the video, beaming with a smile from ear-to-ear.
Josh and Anna Duggar have previously made it clear that they hope to follow Jim Bob and Michelle's example and have as many children as God would allow.
"We're really just going to take it one at a time," said Josh. "I don't think you can say we're going to set out and say we're going to have five kids or four or three. We have no control over that. God has the control."
Anna said that she is currently nine weeks pregnant and experiencing a lot of morning sickness.
"Having a baby in D.C. is totally different," Josh says, recalling the couple's early lives together in Arkansas where the rest of the Duggars live.
"There are so many questions we are trying to figure out now," Anna says of figuring out where to birth their next child. "Are we going to have a home birth, a hospital birth or a birthing center?"
This is the second birth announcement from the Duggar clan this year; just a few months ago, Jill Duggar Dillard also announced that she and husband Derick are expecting their first child, a boy, in March.
At the time, Michelle took to the family's blog to express her excitement regarding her growing family.
"Now that it's actually happening, there are all of these wonderful mixed emotions," she said of her children getting married and having children of their own.
"You get the joy of watching a loving relationship unfold."
