Four couples from the Duggar family of "19 Kids and Counting" recently went on a quadruple date just ahead of the upcoming premiere of the new season of their TLC series.

An update from the Duggar Family Blog reveals that newlyweds Ben and Jessa Seewald, and Derick and Jill Dillard enjoyed an outing with  Michelle and Jim Bob and their oldest son, Josh Duggar, along with his wife Anna, both 26.

"Quadruple-date with these people!" Josh posted to his Instagram and Twitter pages Sunday alongside an image of his smiling family in a car.

In the photo, Duggar patriarch Jim Bob, 49, can be seen in the driver's seat while Jessa, 22, is snuggled up with Ben, 19, and Michelle, 48, in the background. Josh's wife Anna, who is expecting their fourth child in June 2015, sits in the back seat next to Jill, 23,  and her husband Derick, 25, who are expecting their first child, a boy, in March.

The Duggar clan couples often enjoy spending time with one another; earlier this month, Jessa and Ben shared a meal with Jill and Derick at the couple's home.

"@jessaseewald and @ben_seewald are here for dinner!" Jill posted to Instagram  Dec. 8. "So fun hanging out with our siblings! #familydinnner #19kids."

According to a separate post from the Duggar Family Blog, a new season of "19 Kids and Counting" will premiere on TLC Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015.

"The new season will give viewers a glimpse into Jill and Derick Dillard's lives as newlyweds," reports the blog.

This season, viewers reportedly get to see some of the expectant couple's "home videos" as they anticipate the birth of their son.

The new episodes will also highlight Jessa's preparation for her wedding to Ben, which took place in November. The couple's wedding ceremony will be included in the new episodes and will likely  be aired in the latter part of the season.

Fans are also hoping for baby news from Jessa this upcoming season, who previously shared her desire to have a family with Ben in an interview with People Magazine in April.

"We both want to have a big family," she said. "We are talking about our goals and the future with family. We have both talked about adoption and want to adopt, too."

19 Kids and Counting has been on break since November, when TLC aired an episode showing Jessa's engagement and a special on cousin Amy Duggar.
