The Lumia 940 and 940 XL
As far as the Lumia 940 and 940 XL are concerned, these could be the first Windows phones to run Windows 10, according to PC Advisor. This does mean that the smartphones will have a later release date, as the actual release date of Windows 10 is pretty vague with "Sometime in July 2015". The 940 will have a 5.2 inch WQHD (1440 x 2560) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chip, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage with microSD expansion, 3,000 mAh removable battery, USB Type-C port, and Qi Wireless charging with a flip cover. The cameras will be a 20 Megapixel type on the rear and a 5 Megapixel type on the front. It will also have an Iris scanner, which will really make this a secure phone.
The Lumia 940 XL has a 5.7 inch WQHD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, as well as a 3,300 mAh battery. The rest of the features are identical to that of the Lumia 940.
