NFL Rumors: Miami Dolphins Star Jamar Taylor Out, Brice McCain In; Washington Redskins To Face Branden Albert, DeVante Parker

The roster of the Miami Dolphins this NFL season looks to be a promising one especially with the addition of DeVante Parker, who is the 14th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. While the wide receiver suffered from a foot injury earlier this year, sources claim that DeVante Parker has been back in the field for practice sessions. Hence, the Washington Redskins could expect the presence of the NFL star in its game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday (September 13) at 1:00 pm ET. With the problematic situation of Washington Redskins in their roster, specifically between aspiring quarterbacks Robert Griffin III and Kirk Cousins, it looks like the Miami Dolphins is the favorite among fans and followers of the NFL.

Apart from DeVante Parker, the Miami Dolphins also took off Branden Albert from the injury list following the tackle's recovery from a knee surgery, according to the NFL team's press release. Categorized as "full participants" by Wednesday, the match of the Miami Dolphins will mark the return of Branden Albert as well. However, Jamar Taylor remains in the injury list as the Miami Dolphins look to Brice McCain  to take over the position.

"We all know the answer," said Branden Albert, referring to the incessant questions on whether or not he will be starting for the Miami Dolphins in team's Sunday NFL match against the Washington Redskins, according to the Sun Sentinel. The 2013 Pro Bowl candidate went on to say, "I don't think I've got to say nothing too much more. I've been starting with the first team all week. It's continued. So there goes [your] answer. I'm tired of everybody asking me. Y'all got the answer now."

Meanwhile, it looks like the first cornerback post in the Miami Dolphins roster has been secured by Brice McCain . As the injury of Jamar Taylor continue to keep him from showing his full potential, the Miami Dolphins gear up for an NFL season with Brice McCain as the primary cornerback. The news of this Miami Dolphins roster update was confirmed by Evan Silva, a senior football editor for Rotoworld, via social media. The sports analyst wrote on Twitter, "Jamar Taylor huge bust for #Dolphins." Silva went on to point out, "Had a lot riding on him this camp, failed again. So they went with journeyman slot/CB Brice McCain."

While the fact that the Miami Dolphins could go on even without the prized Jamar Taylor, it looks like not everybody is onboard with the move to use Brice McCain. Alex Rowsey of SB Nation maintains a pessimistic note on the move of the Miami Dolphins to place Brice McCain as the primary cornerback. Rowsey pointed out, "Overall, I'd say his skills are below average for a starting CB.  He's more ideally suited as a team's third or fourth option there."
