Actress Kaya Scodelario recently shared the first images from her wedding ceremony with husband Benjamin Walker, posting a series of pictures on Instagram.
Rising to fame through her roles in the TV series 'Skins' and the 'Maze Runner' film franchise, Scodelario exchanged wedding vows with Walker last March in a private marriage ceremony; she has only made a number of her photos from her special day go public this year.
"Excited to finally share some pictures from the two happiest days of my life with you all. New York City Town Hall, March 2015," the 23-year-old actress captioned one of her images on Instagram.
In the pictures, the newlywed couple can be seen sharing smiles and kisses, with one photo shot in New York last March and the second one taken in London in December.
Scodelario and Walker met in April 2014 while working on the set of 'The Moon and The Sun.' The two decided to get engaged eight months later and tied the knot in March 2015.
She previously revealed their engagement when she posted a number of photos on Instagram, in which she can be seen sporting a flashy diamond ring on her finger.
Aside from their wedding, the 'Maze Runner' actress also posted several images from their honeymoon, with one photo showing the couple having an exciting time at a party and the second photo with their friends as they go on a road trip.
Scodelario made the announcement of her marriage to Walker last month when she took to Instagram and posted a picture of a bride-and-groom miniature figure as wedding cake toppers.
"Happy New Year everyone," she captioned the photo. "Here's to 2016 being filled with love, laughter and cake for everyone! And thank you again @okezzer for making our wedding so special and full of your genius craft skills."
Before getting into a relationship with Walker, Scodelario dated her 'Skins' co-star Jack O'Connell for almost a year before splitting up in June 2009, although the duo is said to have remained good friends.
As for Walker, he previously tied the knot with Meryl Streep's daughter, Mammie Gummer, in 2011 but ended the marriage two years later.
Scodelario is expected to star as the female lead in the upcoming fifth instalment of the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' film franchise after promising fans that the new movie will be most similar to the first film in the series.
While it remains unclear whether the Heavens Heath native will still be featured in the upcoming 'Maze Runner: The Death Cure,' her co-stars, Dylan O' Brien and Thomas Brodie-Sangster, are set to begin filming in Vancouver on March 14 for the third and final movie in the trilogy.
The 'Teen Wolf' star and 'Game of Thrones' alum will return and find themselves once again in a dystopian world where their characters will venture out on a mission to find the cure for a fatal disease termed as the "Flare."
'The Maze Runner: The Death Cure' will make its way to cinemas on Feb. 17, 2017.
