Prior to the last game, Wade's effort outdueled Kemba Walker's 37-point performance in a tight Game 6. The 34-year-old Heat guard scored 10 of his 23 points in the 4th quarter, including a three-pointer just 46 seconds from the final buzzer and a contested jumper with just 19.5 seconds left.

Although Hornets came out strong early, the Heat remained close because of flurries by Luol Deng and Wade. Eventually, Miami took control in the 2nd quarter because of Hassan Whiteside's four blocks, which triggered a 20-7 run, and gave Hornets a 13-point deficit.

Moreover, Kemba Walker's career high of 37 points is not enough to end the series. Charlotte Hornets struggled all throughout the game, forcing Walker to carry the scoring load.

The last game of this playoff series will decide which of the teams will advance to Eastern Semi-finals. It is expected Hornets will give their last swarm on Heat's home court on Sunday. On the other hand, Miami Coach Erik Spoelstra said that his team would embrace the opportunity to win the series.

Sports analysts say Jeremy Lin is one of the key players for the Hornets. The 6-3 point guard played with a frenetic relentlessness that is found only in the NBA's confident scorers. Last Monday, Lin scored 21 points on just 10 shots, going 8-for-9 at the free throw line. He also refused to take his foot off the pedal for 34 minutes.

Furthermore, he averages 19.1 points per 36 minutes with 50% inside the three-point line in 4 playoff games. But Jeremy Lin struggled in game 6, missing 7 of his 8 shots from the field.
