Reality star and fashion model Kendall Jenner has said she considers herself a Christian and prays "every night," believing that God has a plan for her life.

In a new post on her website and app, the 19-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star admitted she wasn't raised in a Christian home, as her family only attended church services on holidays, such as Christmas and Easter.

However, Jenner, the daughter of Kris Kardashian and transgender activist Caitlyn Jenner, explained that she was "definitely taught - even by my sisters - to believe in God."

"Also, to believe that He has a plan," the model added. "Even though I'm more spiritual than religious, I pray every night and I 100 percent identify as Christian."

Jenner says that while her faith is significant, it's "most important" to her "just to be good in your heart and do good in the world."

People Magazine notes that religion has been featured throughout the famous family's reality show, with Jenner's half-sister, Kim Kardashian West, baptizing daughter North West in a 12th-century Armenian Apostolic Church in Jerusalem last year. E! reports the she picked "Saint" for her second child because he was such a "blessing" after a "difficult pregnancy." US Weekly reports the name is a nod to God and evidence of the miraculous birth.

Kim and rapper Kanye West - who controversially worked with Gospel artist Kirk Franklin on his latest album - were married in 2014 by Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr., the leader of The Rendezvous, a ministry of Trinity Church in Miami.

"We love them, we're for them. It was a special day and we're happy that we could be a part of it," Wilkerson told E! News. "I think oftentimes people only get to see a glimpse of who you are so I think the guy I know is a loving guy, a family man and I think he's trying to do something good, and I just appreciate him."

Like the Kardashian/Jenner family, Wilkerson also has his own Oxygen reality show, Rich in Faith. Several outlets report Wilkerson has also been counseling Kim's older sister Kourtney and on-again-off-again boyfriend Scott Disick.

In an episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons, which aired this summer, Kim and Kendall's older sister, Kourtney invited Wilkerson to help her boyfriend, Scott Disick, through some of his addiction issues.

"Pastor Rich came with his wife DC and Scott was visibly delighted. He and Kourtney even went to church with them to hear the pastor conduct the service," according to IBTimes.

"Kourtney was pleased and a little bit surprised to see how involved Scott had become during the church service. She said that she even saw Scott lifting his arms and answering back in unison with the congregation. Scott was a little bit embarrassed when Kourtney told the pastor, but he admitted that he was happy to attend service and really felt a connection with the other people there."
