Those who love to play basketball on the console are no doubt looking forward to 2K Sports annual release with NBA 2K17.  There is a lot to look forward to with the release date of this game, but it is possible that it could be delayed due to decisions of team changes in the NBA.  This is the latest information that is known about NBA 2K17 Features, Release Date, Special Edition, and Possible Reasons for a Delay.

According to Vine Report, it is possible that the rumors of delay for NBA 2K17 are due to NBA star Kevin Durant when he made the move to a new team.  As Durant moved to the Golden State Warriors, it is perceived as a team unbalance in the team dynamic that could have an impact on the team dynamic, thus delaying the release date of the game.

Another team change that could affect the game is Dwyane "The Flash" Wade who has signed up with the Chicago Bulls.  There is another report from iTechPost will "bring imbalances", and the studio is rumored to take the title to the backseat and tweak any possible changes they can.

Of course, 2K Sports has denied that the game will be delayed.  You should be able to pre-order the game and receive it four days earlier than the official public release date of the game.  So instead of getting it on September 20th, it will be available on September 16th

As far as what will be happening in the new NBA 2K17, it should have a new graphic update as well as some major gameplay changes.  There is also a report from Ecumenical News saying that there will be some interesting modes like underwater basketball as well as mascot wars.  There also is going to be the latest Adidas Yeezy Boost 750 basketball shoe, and there will be a return of the popular face-scanning app.

One bonus that will happen is that there will be timed locker codes for players within the game that can be unlocked for a limited time period during gameplay.

It is possible to get three different pre-order variants of the game.  The first one is the standard NBA 2K17 edition with Indiana Pacers player Paul George on the cover.  This pre-order will cost $59.99 with bonus content that includes 5,000 worth of Virtual Currency and a My TEAM Bundle with a Paul George Free Agent card inside.  As for the Kobe Bryant Legend Edition, it is up for $79.99, and it includes an exclusive Kobe Bryant in-game items for free.  Then there is a Kobe Bryant Legend Gold Edition for $99.99, and that includes 70,000 Virtual credits, two MyTEAM Bundle packs, a Nike Kobe shoe collection, a Black Mamba controller skin, and more.
