The Super Bowl dreams of Mark Sanchez might just not be over yet as the Seattle Seahawks are said to be poised to announce the quarterback trade they made with the Denver Broncos. With the former Philadelphia Eagles star expected to be cut from the Von Miller squad soon, it appears that he got another chance at a contender team as a backup for Russell Wilson. Will Mark Sanchez finally keep this job this time?

The entry of Mark Sanchez to the Denver Broncos roster had been filled with excitement. With third stringer Trevor Siemian and rookie Paxton Lynch as his competitors, it was initially expected that the former Philadelphia Eagles star will win the starting role. However, his underwhelming performance in the NFL offseason seems to have reversed the tides and he might be looking at unemployment soon.

This is where the Seattle Seahawks come in. Rumors are rife that the Kam Chancellor squad is looking for a reliable backup for Russell Wilson. While the quarterback has yet to miss a game, the idea of handing over the reins to either Trevone Boykin or Jake Heaps makes some fans anxious of the team. Will a Mark Sanchez trade be the answer to this quarterback dilemma in the Seattle Seahawks roster?

The answer remains uncertain. At this point, the Denver Broncos are still mum on the issue with Gary Kubiak refusing to directly comment on any Mark Sanchez trade talk. As for the Seattle Seahawks, it looks like married life is proving to be great for Russell Wilson as seen in his remarkable performance against the Dallas Cowboys.

"Mark has done a great job throughout the course of the offseason and training camp," shared Kubiak of the former Philadelphia Eagles star. The Denver Broncos head coach added, "We're in the process of putting this football team together right now. So that's going to take up to the next three or four days."

Although he kept his answers vague on the Mark Sanchez trade, Kubiak was more forthcoming with his plans in the next games. According to the Denver Broncos coach, Paxton Lynch will be put under the spotlight soon.

He shared, "My plan is to play Paxton the whole game. He needs to play every rep he can, and that has nothing to do with Mark or anything. I have a lot of stuff to go off on Mark. Paxton needs every rep he can possibly get. Chances are we'll play young guys across the board, not just (at quarterback)."

What do you think? Should the Seattle Seahawks pursue a Mark Sanchez trade? Will the former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback perform better with Russell Wilson than he did with the Denver Broncos?
