NBA 2016 Christmas Game Schedule: Chicago Bulls Looking to Regain Winning Form Against San Antonio Spurs

The Chicago Bulls started the season fairly strong but have suffered consecutive losses along the way. But, after coming from a win against the Detroit Pistons, the Bulls are looking to return to their winning streak as they take on the San Antonio Spurs on Christmas.

The Spurs, on the other hand, have maintained a strong presence all season long. This weekend, they will be facing Chicago for the second time, which is one of the few teams that the Spurs failed to defeat so far.

However, given the way the Bulls have been playing lately, it is not yet clear if the same lineup that the Spurs faced earlier this month will be the same team that they'll be going up against on Christmas.

Sure, the superstars Dwayne Wade and Jimmy Butler will still be leading the team but they may have lost some of their luster as seen in their previous games. Right now, the Bulls are the last team in the league in terms of three-point shooting, according to ABS CBN.

If they want to continue their reign over the Spurs, the Bulls will have to step up their offense and defense in order to keep San Antonio at bay. They will definitely need this as they go up against the squad led by underrated athlete Kawhi Leonard.

Butler is well aware of this but he's still confident that Wade will be able to overcome the Spurs on Christmas.

"He's been amazing. He's been great," Butler said about Wade according to Yahoo! Sports. "You watch the way he goes about everything on and off the floor and there's no question why he is the type of player he is, why he's been to so many All-Star games, All-NBA teams, won championships, you just feel it in that presence of him being around."

"And they you see the way he is off the floor and what he does in his community and his city and now he is with his family," he added. "He's just a great human being. Everybody knows the person and the basketball player he is but off the floor the human being he is and the love he gives everybody."
