Hong Kong-based Christian celebrity Zac Kao has recently announced his wedding plan with his girlfriend Jacqueline, which will be held on March 7th. Last month, the couple went to Fiji to take their wedding photos.

While speaking to the press, Kao revealed some of the pictures taken at Fiji and spoke of the process of proposal. On their trip to Maldives last year, he took out a specially designed diamond ring and showed it Jacqueline at 9:09 p.m. on Sept. 29. He joked that he got so nervous that he started stuttering.

Immediately after the announcement of his marriage plan, Kao went to Canada for a series of evangelistic events, where he testified about the truthfulness of the love in Christ to the local Chinese communities. In his testimony, he shared that he used to be like most youths who are full of passion but are empty deep down inside. He went around in circles searching for love partner, jumped into relationships one after the other, and had pre-marital sex with different girlfriends; however, he never felt content.

During junior year in college, Kao got together with a girl who is already in a relationship with another guy, which resulted in him getting beaten up. He later realized that this is God’s discipline, so he repented deeply and sought to re-establish his relationship with God and find contentment in God’s love. He decided to wait for the other half that God has prepared for him.

Just as he has hoped, Kao met his fiancée Jacqueline, who is a doctor and a Christian, and they’ve been supporting each other in faith and enjoying the genuine love that is found in Christ.

On his perspective of love, he shared that he used to want to find a girl with really good qualities, but now he wants to be a really good guy, because if he isn’t a good guy, then he doesn’t have any reason or qualities to possess a good wife and a family.
