Chinese Evangelical Body Convened for Board of Director’s Meeting in Bali, Indonesia

On June 12th, the Chinese Coordination Centre of World Evangelism ended its director’s meeting in Bali, Indonesia. The total participants numbered 70 people, which included the board directors and the regional representatives, stated on CCCOWE's website.

According to a statement released by CCCOWE, Rev. Morley Lee, secretary general of CCCOWE, provided a report of the past two year’s work and his goals from 2006 till 2011. In the conference, a portion of the time has been dedicated to discussing about amending the constitutions of CCCOWE, which hasn’t been modified for the last ten years. They’ve successfully pass the amended bylaw and produced an up-to-date guidebook on the administrative operations.

On the opening night, an election was held for the secretary general position, and Lee was nominated and publically recognized as the best candidate, which revealed the recognition and support of the directors for his work results.

On the second day of the board meeting, Rev. Dr. Stephen Tong reemphasized the value of CCCOWE movement’s existence in propagating the gospel to the ends of the earth, urging everyone to maintain the faith passed down from the apostles and to bring about a revival.
