May 11, 2016 12:30 PM EDT

Microsoft has already unveiled its roster of free games for May for the Xbox Live Games with Gold program. But, even though this month is not yet over, there are already predictions regarding what's in store for June 2016's free games giveaway.

As noted in the Major Nelson site, the Xbox One games "Defense Grid 2" and "Costume Quest 2"are available for free for Xbox Live Gold Members this month. The first game is available for the entire month of May while Xbox One gamers can get their hands on "Costume Quest 2" from May 16 to June 15.

For the Xbox 360, Xbox Live Gold subscribers can get "Grid 2" for free for the entire first half of May. Then, from May 16 to the 31st, they can get their hands on the arcade-style game "Peggle."

Given that it's only the second week of May, gamers can surely look forward to enjoying more free games in the coming days. But, if these games are not enough, then these following predictions will surely get them excited for June.

In an article by This Gen Gaming, one of the games rumored to be included in next month's Game with Gold program is "Dead Rising 3." Released in 2013 by Capcom Vancouver and Microsoft, this open-world survival horror game came out for the Xbox One and PC platforms.

According to the gaming site, this game might be included in next month's giveaway program since rumors suggest that developers might announce "Dead Rising 4" at the upcoming E3 event. Giving away "Dead Rising 3" for free can definitely build up the hype for its follow-up.

Another big-name game that could get featured in the Games with Gold roster is "Ryse: Son of Rome," which came out in 2013 for the Xbox One. This is one of the first titles that came out for the Xbox One when the console was first unveiled in North America. Although releasing it next month as a Games with Gold may seem a bit random, it could still serve as a way for Microsoft in continuing to deliver triple A games in its free giveaway program, just like what it did in April of this year.
