Remastered Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection 2016 Contents, Pre-Order, Release Date and Price

Latest reports say the rumored Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection will be released on November 2016. The collection is said to offer remastered version of Assassin's Creed 2, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and Assassin's Creed: Revelations - three games featuring Ezio, the franchise's most popular character.

A listing from Amazon Italy shows the release date of Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection. According to the retail website, the collection will be available on November 17 for a price of 50.82 Euros. If this pricing is accurate, buyers from the US can expect the collection will cost around $60.

As we mentioned earlier, the collection will offer three Assassin's Creed titles that features Ezio. Not only that, all of the games will have 1080p resolution running at 30 FPS. A report from GameSpot says the package will also come with animated movies Assassin's Creed: Lineage and Assassin's Creed: Embers.

Assassin's Creed II got a score of 8.9 from IGN. The website says the title has unique gameplay and shows incredible attention to detail. In terms of presentation, the second Assassin's Creed perfectly captured the essence of Renaissance period through its involving story.

For Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, IGN gave it a score of 8.0. Rome is well realized in the game. Plus, it has menus for easy mission replays and there's a stack of information for the hardcore fans.

Last but not the least, Assassin's Creed: Revelations got 8.5 from the gaming website. The reviewer said the game has addicting gameplay and players would really learn more about the secrets of the Templars. In addition, it perfectly balanced the three lead characters, which is not an easy feat.

For those unaware, there's an Assassin's Creed: Ezio Trilogy that was released in 2012 for PlayStation 3. The upcoming Ezio Collection would likely be a remastered version for the latest gaming consoles.

The next Assassin's Creed game is expected to become available in 2017. Several tech websites say it would be set in Egypt. It is rumored to be a complete revamp of the franchise featuring free-form combat system and new player progression.
