Rats & Garbage: Whether We Should Focus on Discipleship, Evangelism, or Social Justice
On the practical level, we can't regulate morality for non-Christians. This is similar to how we Christians view pornography or prostitution: we acknowledge that it exists, we think it's a sin and we don't like it, but we also don't try to fight it. We can only regulate it for Christians.
