Redeem the Vote reports that it has registered over 70,000 members.

Recently, Jim Caviezel, the actor playing the role of Jesus in “The Passion of the Christ,” also joined the campaign in urging evangelical Christian youth to vote this election.

The campaign is a Christian parallel of “Redeem the Vote” in which popular music artists and actors encourage young adults to head to the polls.

"All the polls show that there's only 1 or 2 percentage points in many states across the country that are going to decide this election, and I think that's all the more reason why people of faith need to be involved in this process," Redeem the Vote founder Dr. Randy Brinson told Fox News.
