Those that enjoy the Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham game should know about the six DLC packs and their release dates.  We also have some news about cheats for Lego Batman 3 for the PS4 and Xbox 360. Like a lot of popular console games, LEGO Batman 3 has some DLC (downloadable content) packs that keep the game fresh and new even after you have beaten the main storyline on the game itself.

According to Newsrama, the first three DLC packs were released at the same time in September of last year.  They included The Dark Knight Pack, which included a chase scene level from the popular Christopher Nolan Batman film The Dark Knight.  You can play as Batman and Commissioner Gordon, and get some playable characters like Batman movie versions of the Joker, Joker's goons, Bane, and Catwoman.  Another Christopher Nolan film inspired these DLC packs with the Man of Steel pack, where the player takes control of Jor-El, Lara, and their robot Kelex as they hurry to fight against Zod and put Kal-El in his rocket to lead him to Earth where he will become Superman.

The last of these three DLC packs is the Batman 75th Pack, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Darkknight Detective from his first appearance in DC comics.  This gives several Batman costumes throughout the years, including his original costume form Detective Comics #27.

The other three DLC packs include one inspired from Arrow, the popular CW series about the Green Arrow, originally from the DC Universe.  The fifth and most recent, according to iDigitalTimes, is the Bizarro World DLC pack where the players can play as the Bizarro League (a doppleganger version of the popular DC super-heroes) with a new story level, new exclusive vehicle, free play mode and even more.  The sixth and final DLC pack is called "The Squad" has an undetermined release date, and is based on Suicide Squad, a group of DC villains forced into heroes, and will soon be a live-action movie, according to IGN.

Those who are not familiar with Lego Batman 3 should know that it is part of a Lego series of games.  In these games, players play Lego mini-figures who go from adventure to adventure in a world made of LEGO.  The challenge of the game is to find all the hidden objects within the game like characters, vehicles, gold bricks, minikits, red bricks, and Adam Wests in Peril.  You can find out more information on cheats in the game on sites like Video Game Blogger, which can instruct you on how to find all of these hidden prizes, as well as codes to get them in a villainous, cheating way.

Users of LEGO Batman 3 have the option of purchasing up to six DLC packs on their own for a price of $2.99 each, or can save money by purchasing a Season Pack that will include all of them, when they become available for about $14.99 on online stores like Steam
