The Dallas Cowboys will be facing off against the New York Giants for Week 7 of the regular NFL season. Scheduled on Sunday (October 24) at 4:25 pm ET. The Tony Romo squad will battle it out with Eli Manning's football team at the MetLife Stadium in E. Rutherford, NJ.

The upcoming game won't be the last time the Cowboys and Giants will meet. As Cowboys pummelled the Giants in the last quarter, New York is expected to put a new strategy into the mix. With Tony Romo out of the picture, the New York Giants are believed to have the advantage at this point.

Apart from their quarterback, the Cowboys also encountered issues with Dez Bryant. While the wide receiver attempts to heal from injury as fast as possible, they are left to rely on the rest of the team. One of the returning NFL players who have been eager to show off his skills is Randy Gregory. With a high ankle sprain that temporarily halted his NFL run, the Dallas Cowboys defensive end intends to make up for lost time in the upcoming game against Eli Manning's New York Giants.

"I'll be back (this week against the Giants)," said Randy Gregory, referring to his potential participation in Week 7 of the NFL regular season, according to The Dallas Morning News. The defensive end went on to share, "Oh, that's certain. I'll be back. To what extent, I don't know, but I'll be playing, though. All injuries are different but with this one; especially it's going to linger a little bit. But the main thing is I'm 100 percent ready to go. Nothing's going to hold me back from playing 100 percent so any other little pain that comes it'll go away after a while. It's more the mental thing, like knowing you're 100 percent."

Meanwhile, Greg Hardy had been eagerly licking his chops for a chance to face the New York Giants. The same NFL athlete had been talking big about the match against Tom Brady's New England Patriots. However, the return of Randy Gregory might prompt the Dallas Cowboys to bench the widely controversial Greg Hardy.

As for the status of Dez Bryant, the Dallas Cowboys have yet to provide an official confirmation on the participation of the wide receiver in the Week 7 game against the New York Giants. "We'll just see how he's feeling," disclosed Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett via USA Today. He added, "We don't anticipate much of him in the formal team setting. He is working on the side, and if he can work in, he will work in."
