The Republican presidential debate sponsored by Fox News is in the books. Now, the party turns its attention to the next debate, which is scheduled on Thursday, March 10, in Miami. Here's what you need to know about the next Republican debate.

CNN will present the 12th GOP debate from the University of Miami. The upcoming event is being co-sponsored by Salem Media Group and The Washington Times. The four active candidates -- real estate tycoon Donald Trump, Ohio Gov. John Kasich and U.S. Sens. Marco Rubio of Florida and Ted Cruz of Texas -- will face each other for another round of tirades and talks.

In the last GOP debate, Republicans began with insults and with three candidates pledging their support to Trump should he win the nomination.

Minutes into the debate, Trump was boasting about the size of his genitals. He responded to Rubio's joke about the size of his hand. Trump stretched his hands and said, "I guarantee you there's no problem."

Additionally, Florida Sen. Rubio and Texas Sen. Cruz took more shots at Trump. However, the Republican front-runner seemed to enjoy his center stage position, defending himself against other candidates and moderators while showing his guts to supporters.

It is also interesting to note that Trump softened his stance on his proposal to change U.S. libel laws so that politicians can easily sue journalists. On Thursday's debate, the Republican front-runner said the bond between reporters and politicians who agree to go off-the-record is too strong to break, as per reports from CNN.
