At 85 years old, Pastor Stephen Tong (唐崇榮) led 16 evangelistic meetings across five Asian countries in 2025, proclaiming the Gospel message of Jesus' birth. The "Why God Became Man?" STEMI Christmas Rally ignited spiritual revival throughout the region as the veteran evangelist worked tirelessly to share the true meaning of Christmas salvation.
Pastor Tong conducted all 16 meetings within one month, traveling across Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and Malaysia. Stephen Tong Evangelistic Ministries International （唐崇榮國際佈道團，STEMI）released reports highlighting the impact of these gatherings, where Pastor Tong's preaching moved hearts and led many to Christ, bringing glory to God's name.
The meetings featured powerful moments of worship. Choirs from each location offered songs of praise, while audiences raised their mobile phone lights in unison. Hundreds and thousands of lights illuminated simultaneously, creating a fervent and moving atmosphere throughout the venues.
The evangelistic crusade launched on November 26 in Indonesia and concluded on December 24 at the Indonesia Arena in Jakarta (雅加達印尼體育館).
