One Punch Man, one of the most-watched anime last year, is set to air its second season on November this year. After the ending of Season One, It is expected that Saitama, the show's main protagonist , will face new villains in the upcoming season. Now, we'll give you the latest on One Punch Man Season 2 premiere date, new villains and spoilers.

It is reported that Saitama's new enemy is Amai Mask. The latter is a Class A rank 1 hero and is set to become as the Darth Vader of the story. Amai Mask blamed Class S heroes for the destruction of the city. But having this fight between Saitama and Amai Mask will deviate the storyline from the original manga. However, fan can expected that One Punch Man season 2 will still become faithful to the storyline of manga, according to Ecumenical News. The last villain in One Punch Man season 1 was Lord Boros that was defeated by Saitama, and the upcoming arc for the next season will be the Hero Hunter Arc.

Aside from Amai Mask, the Hero Hunter Arc will also be about the most powerful villain in the series so far, Garou -- Silver Fang's former disciple who was kicked out from dojo for going on a rampage. "What is particularly interesting is that Garou and Saitama are two sides of the same coin - just people who happen to go far beyond what humans are capable of becoming," according to a report from HNGN.

As for the details of the first episode of Season 2, rumours said it would be titled "The Strongest Hero."

With that being said, the upcoming season of One Punch Man should be more exciting than the first season.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that the director of One Punch Man, Murata Yusuke, started doing the upcoming One Punch Man Season 2 with his team. But according to Otakuart, the show's second season might take 2 years to finish. Murata's team would have to create 100 sketches, 100 inked pages, and 100 storyboards, including some editing that will take roughly 10 hours a day.

As of now, there's still no official announcement about the premiere date of One Punch Man. Some fans believe the last year's most popular anime will be aired again on November or December this year.
