There are rumors that say Sims 4 will have a restaurant-themed DLC this month, but the game developer released a patch called "Spring Challenge." Now, we've gathered all of the latest news on the web so that you'll know what is the next DLC of Sims 4 and updates about the Spring Challenge.

When game producer Dave Miotke (SimGuruNinja) and a Sims player had short discussion on Twitter about a possible DLC of Sims 4, the producer used some cryptic words like "serve up," "hungry" and "fresh info." These words led some Sims fans to think that the next expansion pack is a restaurant-themed DLC. Unfortunately, Neurogadget reported this is only a false rumor, but it doesn't mean Sims 4 will not have a new DLC.

As of now, the list of social activities includes going on dates to bars, café and club. There is a limited dining options for players and a restaurant DLC could bring new excitement to the game. The Sims could also order food at the restaurant and make wedding proposals there.

There are low chances for the restaurant DLC for April, but players can still hope that the game developer might grant the request of gaming community.

Now, let's check the details of the new "Spring Challenge" Patch. In order for players to start growing Growfruit, they have to find Jasmine Holiday first. The new NPC is just wandering around the Community Gardens of Willow Creek or Oasis Springs. After speaking with her, players can receive a Growfruit seed. The Sims can take the seed and start planting it to grow their own Growfruit, which comes in a distinctive glow in blue, yellow, and green hues.

Furthermore, players can pluck the fruit of Growfruit. After collecting 20 colorful fruits, players can go back to Holiday to receive a reward. If a SIM harvested a perfect Growfruit and gave it to Holiday, it unlocks another planter with fancy jewels on it.

Aside from Growfruit planting, there's also Easter Egg challenge. Compare to planting, this one is much simpler. Players just have to find the 10 decorative eggs in the fallen logs of their neighborhood. By interacting with the log, they will prompt to search frogs. Players can get an Easter egg, frog, or both. Once a player collected 10 Easter eggs, they'll receive a big stuffed bunny in their mailbox.
