The world theatrical premiere of "Creation" is slated to open on June 9, 2005 at the Crystal Cathedral in the event of the church's 50th anniversary.

Called a landmark achievement in theatrical art, "Creation" is a new live stage show told by two characters, a boy and his grandfather.

"'Creation' is a blazingly original masterpiece of moving, intelligent theatre magic that unapologetically tackles the age old question of concerning the origin of life," stated the Crystal Cathedral.

The production begins with the Big Bang and travels through time until the present. Along with a display of vibrant graphic images on the largest screen on the West Coast, special effects, live puppetry, and aerial performer will be featured in the theatrical show. With an original musical score by one of Hollywood's most prolific and sought after musicians, Jeff Atmajian, and on one of the largest indoor stages in the world, "Creation" will tell a vibrant story of how "we came to be."

"It is a story that has literally been billions of years in the making."

"Creation" is written, produced and directed by Carol Schuller Milner along with the collaboration of Michael Guillen, PhD.

"You will be inspired by the beauty of the earth's first garden and moved by the world's first love."

The production schedule is Tuesday through Sunday beginning June 9, at 8:30 p.m. Ticket prices start at only $14. Tickets can be purchased at 1-800-549-6177 or at the Box Office, located at the Crystal Cathedral.
