VALLEY FORGE, Pa. – The American Baptist Church (ABC) People magazine for 2002 was published by the Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board (MMBB), and mailed to American Baptist churches, their pastors, and to MMBB members.

ABC People Magazine is a full-color publication that features profiles and photographs of ministers and missionaries who have received "thank you" checks made possible by contributions to the annual Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering (RMMO). The magazine is used by many American Baptist Churches to promote the RMMO.

Since her retirement in 1991 Rivera-Ortiz has served as an interim minister in several churches in Puerto Rico and has been director of Stewardship and Mission Promotion for both American Baptist Churches of Puerto Rico and the First Baptist Church in Rio Piedras.
