Renowned Chinese evangelist Boli Zhang preached to 5,000 people in Singapore during a three-day evangelistic event, where around 400 people came to Christ; in addition, he setup the fourth branch church there.

Three branches of Singapore Harvest Chinese Christian Church took full responsibility to organize the four day evangelistic gathering. Zhang told The Gospel Herald that the event’s success can only be attributed to the grace of God and the utmost dedication and sacrifice, persistent prayers, and the co-working of ministers, elders, and church staffs – a sign of the branch churches’ maturity and stability in development.

Zhang thanked influential Chinese singer Yuan Zhen, who is also Christian, for contributing to the event. He testified that her participation enlivened the evangelistic event; her singing, humility, passion, and the love towards the Lord deeply touched the audiences.

A visiting scholar from National University of Singapore told Zhang that he never had the chance to see Yuan Zhen in live but only on television, so he was deeply moved to see her singing so deeply.

Moreover, Zhang shared that there were 50 people from the branch churches in Singapore that he baptized this time, and a new branch church was setup near the subway station, continuing their push for Mandarin ministry in the country.

As the founding and lead pastor of Harvest Chinese Christian Church in Virginia, U.S.A., Zhang has been traveling tirelessly around the world to preach the gospel to his own blood race – Chinese people. He has become one of the most popular evangelistic speakers among the Chinese churches in different regions. Because of his diligent scattering of seeds, countless lives were touched and accepted Christ as their savior, receiving the gift of eternal life.
