Over-Heated Building Downs Miami in San Antonio; Spurs Wins Game 1 of NBA Finals

The war has begun! The San Antonio Spur and the Miami Heat have begun their quest for another NBA ti-tle. As expected LeBron James and Dwayne Wade dom-inated there positions scoring at will. Spurs forward Manu Ginobili had been the x-factor in the first half for San Antonio. But turnovers were their Achilles heal. A malfunction of the AT&T Center air conditioning system afftected many of the players, especially LeBron James who had trouble breathing and cramping up. The tem-perature on the court rose above 90 degrees. 

Spurs guard, and North Babylon native Danny Green was colder than ice in the first half. Suddenly in the fourth quarter awakened to score 13 points.

Future Hall of Fame center Tim Duncan led the Spurs in scoring with 21 points, and the Spurs outscored Mi-ami 36-17 in the 4th quarter. San Antonio takes game one 110-95.
