Rumors have been circulating that Bad Blood singer Taylor Swift is considering to buy a $7.17 million (4.6 million pound) Scottish Baronial manor house that has been built way back in 1570 so that she can be near her boyfriend's parents' house, the Dailymail online said.

According to Mirror.co.uk, "The Tower of Lethendy is said to be worth £4.6million with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well as 18-hole golf course, heated swimming pool, and tennis courts across with land area of across to 40-acre." If ever she will purchase this house, this will be one of her prize possessions properties among her other luxurious properties located in different parts of the United States.

Among to Taylor's properties are the $5.3 million Beverly Hills house and lot, a seven bedroom Rhode Island property with 1,000 square foot land and her Tribeca, and her New York apartment penthouse worth almost $20 million.

Perezhilton.com said, "Regardless, the historical castle is reported to have a modern interior as it was renovated 20 years ago and is currently owned by Canadian occupants and has been venue to weddings."

As Vanity Fair quoted Swift last year, "People say that about me, that I apparently buy houses near every boy I like. If I like you I will apparently buy up the real estate market just to freak you out so you leave me."

It is not the first time Taylor invested a property near her boyfriend's house. In 2012, the pop singer purchased a property in Cape Cod, Massachusetts worth $4.8 million beside her ex-boyfriend's house, Connor Kennedy but after they split up, she has sold the property for less than $6 million, a good investment after the break up.

Meanwhile Scottish boyfriend Calvin Harris also bought a house and lot in the United States in 2011. The property has been said to be worth $15 million and is situated on a 2.66-acre property in Beverly Hills. It has 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and is spread across 18,000 square feet of interior space, with a main house and two guesthouses, Daily Mail said.

Swift and Harris has only been dating for a few months, but close friends claim the relationship is more serious than the singer's previous liaisons.

Earlier, the two have been spotted looking for a new place to live in together.

After dating for only several months, the 25-year-old country singer is reportedly so smitten with the 31-year-old Scottish DJ that Swift plans to invite Harris to move in with her after she finishing gets1989 album tour.

And if sources of Mirror magazine is to be believed, Swift and Harris will be singing wedding bells anytime soon as they continue their whirlwind romance.
