With Dancing With The Stars episodes getting hotter and more competitive, Bindi, Carlos Pena Vega and Nick Carter have posed the highest performance scores so far from Weeks 4 and 5, Starpulse reports.

Bindi Irwin and partner Derek Hough have managed to perfect their Dirty Dancing inspired number for Week 6 of Dancing With The Stars. Thanks to their stellar performance in the previous weeks, they post a much higher rating over and above their rivals.

The other performances are ranked at Alexa PenaVega (4th), Andy Grammer (5th), Hayes Grier (6th) Tamar Braxton (7th) Alek Skarlatos (8th) and Paula Deen (9th).

Meanwhile IBTimes reports that Bindi and Derek are working hard for the Dirty Dancing inspired number for "Famous Dances Night" and are keen to do homage to the iconic film from the 80s. Derek has also said that though he's excited to reprise their team-up, he is likewise a bit apprehensive. Perhaps not too keen on getting the iconic lift from the movie wrong?

"The tough part is the lift," Derek did say in the report that the lift is the difficult part, pushing the dancing couple to practice even more rigorously on a daily basis. He also says that this has managed to get him and Bindi "more close."

On October 16, Derek posted a snapshot of Bindi and him doing a lift perfectly. In his caption, he warns: "Nobody puts Bindi in the corner."

Starpulse reports that four judges will hand out scores on the performances. Singer Olivia Newton-John will preside on Week 6. This is a fitting opportunity for the singer of Let's Get Physical Newton-John to witness Hayes Grier and Emma Slater dancing to her very own hit You're The One That I Want. Newton-John performed the song with John Travolta in 1978.

In the meantime, when pressed for a comment on the Dirty Dancing number, The Guardian reports that the Red Oaks star and original leading lady for Dirty Dancing Jennifer Grey says that she thinks "it's insane" that anyone would "have the guts to throw themselves into the arms of anyone other than Patrick Swayze." The love team captured hearts and dance afficionados around the world with their portrayal of lovers whose romance is caught up in the power of movement. Swayze has since passed away.

Dancing With The Stars, comes out on Mondays 8 P.M. EDT on ABC.
