For Apple followers, they believe MacBook Air 2016 will be released at the Worldwide Developers Conference 2016, which will happen in June. Apple Inc. initially said the new laptop will launch on November last year, but it did happened. The company allegedly delayed the release of the laptop to make leeway for the iPad Pro sales, according to Latinos Post.
Tech experts said one indication that the new MacBook Air 2016 release is coming is the price discounts made on the device. The laptop was released last spring, but it already received many price cuts all year round.
Adding to the release rumors, Taiwanese site Economic Daily News published that Apple would indeed launch the MacBook Air 2016 this year.
While the MacBook Air 2015 had smallar body, this year's Air will come in three different versions. Apple users can choose from 15-inch model, 13-inch model and 12-inch model, according to MacWorld. The article stated that the 12-inch MacBook will most likely have a successor as it will celebrate its first birthday in March next year.
The processor of the laptop will be powered with an Intel Skylake, and it will have Apple's OS X El Capitan operating system. Users can also expect improved graphics, RAM capacity and battery life.

Furthermore, the laptop will have a Retina display and a new butterfly mechanism beneath the individually lit keys on the super-thin keyboard.
MacWorld predicted that the new MacBook would be equipped with Intel's 14nm Core M chip. However, that could mean buyers have to wait until fourth quarter of this year for the new MacBook if Apple wants the newest chips, as Intel's tablet processor map suggests that the Core m5/m7 chips with the 14nm fabrication process are expected to come by the end of the year.
