DC Comics has two films ready for theaters in 2016 with Suicide Squad and Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, ready to jumpstart the DC Cinematic Universe in order to compete with their competitors at Marvel Studios.  Director Zack Synder has recently shared with the Internet a scene with the Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader, and it shows some new footage with a short trailer.

According to Ubergizmo, the film's director Zack Snyder, who is no stranger to superhero/comic book source material with 300 and Watchmen, not to mention the rebooted Superman in Man of Steel, has posted a new teaser on Twitter with some new footage.  This is different than the teaser trailer and a bit more developed than the trailer after that

In the trailer, the Batmobile, which has received a lot of Internet traffic while the film has been in production, is seen pulling up to Superman (Henry Cavill).  From there it looks like Superman trips or kicks the Batmobile, and because he's more powerful than a locomotive and he can just do that.  This causes the Batmobile crashes into a wall, and then, in a moment that is setting up these two fighters like the introduction of a boxing ring, the two iconic DC heroes face each other as Batman rises from the flaming wreckage of his iconic car.

From here Batfleck (the Internet term for Ben Affleck playing the role as the Darkknight Detective) faces Superman and asks "do you bleed".  These words were used on the first teaser trailer, but now fans get to see what the scene is.  Oddly enough, it ends with Superman just looking at Batman almost with pity, and then just flying off.  Batman answers his own question with "you will [bleed]".

This is what most have pieced together from the footage shown.  Superman is going to be going to trial because of the actions that happened in Man of Steel, with the city of Metropolis was destroyed.  By this time, Bruce Wayne has experienced the ruin of Metropolis first-hand, and he doesn't appear to be a fan of Superman.  He may have actually been Batman before Clark took on his mantle, and the Joker may or may not have killed Robin with a shot of a Robin costume with graffiti.

It looks like Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) gets involved, most likely leading the people who want Superman off the planet.  So does Lex recruit Batman to his cause?  There is a shot of Kryptonite in the trailer, which would be the only way for Batman to have even a chance against a man faster than a speeding bullet.

The last trailer was the most revealing as it showed Doomsday, a famous villain who killed Superman in the comics.  It also revealed Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) as well.  Who knows how they are involved, but Aquaman (Jason Momoa) and the Flash (Ezra Miller) get involved for some reason.

Expect Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice on March 25th, 2016, and fans will finally see how this battle inspired by the landmark comic The Dark Knight Returns will go down.
