It is now confirmed that the Lumia 650 will become available on February 18, few days before the Mobile World Congress 2016--where the device was previously rumored to be launched. The suggested retail price of the Lumia 650 is around $199 USD before local taxes and subsidies, according to the Windows Central blog.
