On March 6, AMC premiered the 12th episode from "The Walking Dead" season 6 titled "Not Tomorrow Yet." But, as the episode got a bit intense especially towards the end, fans might have missed a clue hinting at the possible death of one of the main characters.

Of course, since the next few paragraphs will be talking about the connections between the show and the "Walking Dead" comic books, fans of the television series might want to skip ahead to avoid encountering spoilers.

Going back to the "Not Tomorrow Yet" episode, Huffington Post pointed out that a pivotal scene was shown during the middle of the episode as Rick and his group were silently killing the sleeping Saviour members.

As Glenn and Heath were doing the same, they happen to pass by photographs on the wall. Although these pictures were not directly shown in the scene, their bloody contents reference the same images from the comic books. Specifically, these show the victims claimed by Lucille, which is the name of the barbwire-wrapped baseball bat of Negan, the head of the Saviours.

Of course, the connection between the comic books and the television series could stop here since previous seasons of the show have already drifted away from the plot points detailed in the printed version.

However, as season 6 progresses, fans are beginning to notice that the storylines of the comic books and the show are now beginning to merge. And, with this trend in mind, it could mean that Glenn, played by Steven Yuen, could finally meet his end in season 6. This is because a particular panel from the comic books show Negan happily killing Glenn with Lucille as Rick and Maggie watch helplessly.

But, as mentioned above, this can all change. Writers of the show could end up saving Glenn but at the expense of another character. After all, "Not Tomorrow Yet" ended with a voice of a mysterious woman telling Rick that Maggie and Carol have been taken hostage, Gizmodo reported.

Speculating from this plot point, Negan could end up killing Maggie or set his sights on Glenn after offering to take her place as his hostage. But then again, there's still no way of telling what will happen next on the show for now.
