Android M 6.0 Marshmallow Update Release Date For Samsung Galaxy S5, S5 Sport, Note 4, S6, S6 Edge on Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile

Android Marshmallow is now rolling out to some Samsung gadgets. Sprint already released the update for Samsung GalaxyS5 and S5 Sport. Verizon also released the software for S6 and S6 Edge with a monthly security patch for both smartphones.Samsung Note 4 can now have the new android update too. Now, here's the latest round up of update about Android Marshmallow to Samsung gadgets.

Several tech websites reported that Android Marshmallow was already released to several devices under Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. These network carriers started releasing the new software to Samsung Galaxy S5, S5 Sport, Note 4, S6, and S6 Edge.

Verizon is the first major U.S. carrier to release the update for Samsung's Galaxy Note 5. According to Tech Times, Verizon started to release Android Marshmallow in early March. Now, the carrier has just release the new software for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

In addition, Verizon users stated that Android Marshmallow brings 1 GB+ of updates in Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

On the other hand, Sprint is also one of the carriers that's now rolling out the software to Samsung smartphones. In a separate Tech Times report, Android Marshmallow was expected to rollout by May 19. However, Sprint released it earlier on April 7. The mobile carrier is now seeding the update to several Samsung devices like S5, S5 Sport, and Galaxy Note 4.

Other Sprint subscribers who are still using Samsung's flagship smartphones of 2014 must remain patient, as the Android M update is rolling out slowly.

Furthermore, Android Marshmallow is now available in T-Mobile. The said carrier listed a number of smartphones that can now have the update.

Meanwhile, details about AT&T's release of the new software are still not yet announced. Good thing, the carrier's update of software to Galaxy Note 5 underwent a beta. Hence, it is expected to start rolling out soon.
