Kingdom Hearts 3 should be a CRPG that everyone would be looking forward to next spring. After all, who does not love the mix up of Disney characters with others from the Final Fantasy universe? It was certainly a bold idea to undertake back then, and so far Square Enix’s efforts have definitely paid its dividends. Well, we have received word from Square Enix that the release date of Kingdom Hearts 3 will be some time in March next year, and the platforms which will carry the game would be none other than the Sony PS4 and the Xbox One. Not only that, director of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMix and 2.5 ReMix, Tetsuya Nomura, has shared more details on what Kingdom Hearts 3 will bring, taking into consideration the presence of the ReMix versions. .

No doubt Kingdom Hearts 3 fans are worried sick that they would get the game later than expected because of the work done on the remastered versions as mentioned earlier. Since there have been delayed that had happened to the remastered versions, those delays did nothing else but peg the development and subsequent release of Kingdom Hearts 3, too. That is but a given.

Utaru Hikaru will belt out the theme song
One comfort from all of the uncertainties and delays that involve Kingdom Heart 3’s release would be the fact that Utada Hikaru has been confirmed to be the one singing the Kingdom Heart 3 theme song. This Japanese-American songbird has at last, taken the step to commit herself to the theme song. This particular announcement was shared by her manager (who incidentally is also her father), Utada Teruzane. Teruzane did not want his daughter to take up this project at first since he had his own reasons to believe that the payout from Disney was not worth the time and effort put in by her daughter, but with this announcement, we suppose any of the past misgivings are now water under the bridge.

There will also be collaboration on other songs apart from the theme tune by Utadu Hikaru for Kingdom Hearts 3, as she has also worked with Japanese producer DJ Punpee. One of the songs both of them produced was known as “Simple & Clean”, a tune for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and this particular tune is set to be released some time early next year.

Director Nomura has ensured worried Kingdom Hearts 3 fans that whatever work that is being done on the re-mastered versions will in no direct manner, negatively impact the developmental progress of Kingdom Hearts 3 itself. Apart from that, Nomura claims to be satisfied with the kind of modification work done to all of the models, with everything moving along nicely. This is not to say that there will be no difference between Kingdom Hearts 3 and the 0.2 version, as there will be fundamental changes so that gamers are able to enjoy a classic in all of it current generation console pomp and glory.
