We all love looking for value in our purchases, and this includes the smartphone. For some of us, we will not make any kind of compromises when it comes to price and brand name stature -- our social standing is not worth the couple of hundred that we save for a more affordable device. However, the vast majority of the people out there do look for great deals and savings whenever possible, and hence, a feature packed smartphone with a pocket-friendly price is always more than welcome. There is an upcoming smartphone from Motorola which could be known as the Moto C, and it has been deemed to be the most affordable Motorola smartphone to date.

This budget oriented handset from Lenovo-owned Motorola is rumored to be the very same device which was certified in Russia just last month. Back then, the handset carried the model number XT1750. Fast forward to today, and Evan Blass, a tipster who has had far more hits than misses when it comes to rumors and leaks, has managed to obtain a brand new video grab that he decided to share with the rest of the world. In other words, the Moto C could very well be real, and if that is the case, it ought to hit the market sooner rather than later.

The video which was showcased by Blass apparently rolled out last week by Motorola on its 44th anniversary. This video grab showcased a totally new device, which many have now taken it to be the alleged Moto C, as it was positioned right beside the new iteration of the Moto X. At the back of the purported Moto C, one could check out the rear camera as well as speaker grills.

Evan Blass’s tweet points to a shade of white for the purported Moto C, although a separate photo which was shared by a certain @krispitech on Twitter depicts the Moto C in a myriad of other colors. This is certainly in line with Motorola’s slant in providing more options than usual when it comes to smartphones, showcasing black, gold and red colors. There will be a 3.5mm jack located at the top and rear camera module, which means you do not need to ditch your headphone collection just yet. Apart from that, it has been deduced from the leaked photo that the volume and power button is located on the right edge of the handset, while the company logo is placed right below the camera.

What are the possible Moto C specifications? Well, it has been said to arrive with a 5.2-inch display, and it would not be surprising to see a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC run proceedings from underneath the hood. That should be accompanied by a functional 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, alongside a 16MP shooter at the back with LED flash and a front-facing 8MP camera, all powered by a 3,800mAh battery.

Just how cheap will it be? Expectations point to the Moto C to cost approximately in the neighborhood of other Moto M devices, which is affordable. Very affordable.
