This upcoming weekend will be a busy one for the River of Life Christian Church (ROLCC), Santa Clara, California. For three consecutive days from June 30 to July 3, the congregation is a holding a special conference titled “Into the Season of Restoration”. In addition, the day after the last day of conference, Sunday, is also their 10th anniversary, making it a double celebration.

In their letter of invitation, Reverend Tong Liu and his wife Belinda Liu wrote:

“With the victory that President Bush had in the election, he was able to continue working in the White House. The Iraq election was also completed successfully. Israel and Palestine peace talks are starting anew as well. The world affairs seem to be improving and as if for the first time, there is a hopeful outlook.

Similarly in the spiritual world, we can see that God’s hands are moving and He is beginning a new work; in fact, it is not just a new work, it is more like a new season. I see God’s hands working on restoration. Just like the coming of spring, it brings the hope of growth and fruitfulness. ”

The schedule for all three days is tightly packed with praise and worship sessions, sermons by different speakers and discussions, with specific themes, incorporated into mealtimes. Rev. David Cannistraci will preach his message on “Releasing the Anointing of Restoration”.

There is also a short English conference on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.. Rev. Dean Sherman, who has been with YWAM for over 30 years, is invited as the guest speaker.
