6 June 2017: Lebanon has taken the unusual step of banning DC's latest superheroine movie, Wonder Woman, claiming that Gal Gadot, the Israeli actress is a 'soldier' and hence, justifies the ban. This is despite Wonder Woman cleaning up the box office receipts over the weekend by grossing more than $100 million.
