Not only so, Switchfoot win approval of many other rock radio stations including Z100 in New York, the nation’s #1 station. The music video for the single, directed by Laurent Briet, who helmed the lens for Radiohead's "Like Spinning Plates,” appears currently on MTV, MTV2, Fuse and Canada's Much Music Channels,
Meanwhile the band plans to kick off in a Spring concert tour, starting with a live performance in Jay Leno Friday’s Tonight Show on March 12, also On Air with Ryan Seacrest on March 16 in Anaheim, CA. The spring tour is scheduled to go till May 30. The band will also release their DVD of Live in San Diego including behind-the-scenes of the "Meant To Live" video shoot, and featuring candid interviews with the entire band for fans.
Currently, The Beautiful Letdown is Switchfoot's top selling record and it was certified Gold by the RIAA in December. Being featured on Rolling Stone, USA Today and TV stations such as ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, CBS's The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn and NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly, Switchfoot is approaching Platinum status, ranking currently #81 on the Top 200 of Billboard’s album chart.
