Division of Overseas Ministry Seeks for New President

Board affirms ministry of Division of Overseas Ministries president - In their November meeting, the Division of Overseas Ministries board of directors passed a resolution affirming the ministry of President, Rev. Patricia M. Tucker. Tucker resigned her position effective January 1, 2003. She served as president since January 1, 1994. Disciples Release.

The board of the Division of Overseas Ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) has begun the search for qualified candidates for the position of president. The president serves as the executive of the general unit and also as the co-executive of Global Ministries, the common witness and work of the Christian Church and the United Church of Christ. Week of Compassion Committee Approves Major Commitment
