One of the speakers based in Brooklyn shared that there are around 200,000 Chinese living in Brooklyn, however, the total number of Chinese churches is just over 10. He encouraged all Christians to be awake and be passionate in mission ministry.

The prayer topics for urban missions include the followings:

- To pray that Chinese Christians will raise up and have a passionate heart to preach the Gospel

"Every time, as we go to evangelize, it is a very difficult spiritual battle, however, we believe the Lord has given us strength and the power to change lives through this prayer meeting," missionary Leung from the Short Term Mission Center said.
