The 1989 World Tour of Taylor Swift has been gaining an incredible following since it started. Among the A-list celebrities who were invited onstage by Calvin Harris' girlfriend are Julia Roberts, Alanis Morissette and recently, Miranda Lambert. While the Gunpowder and Lead singer impressed the crowd as she and Taylor Swift delivered a memorable performance of her hit single Little Red Wagon, sources claim that the two artists are not as chummy with each other off the spotlight.

"They cannot stand each other," revealed a source, according to OK Magazine. The insider further shared, "Miranda jetted out right after the show. They barely said a word to each other."

According to reports, the said hostility between the two singers stemmed from their connection with Blake Shelton. It could be recalled that Shelton and Lambert recently announced their divorce, with both country singers opting to keep mum on the reason behind their split. While no official statement has been released by the two, a number of fans and followers insist that a third party had caused their separation. Although both Shelton and Lambert have been accused of cheating during their marriage, no specific person had been identified for The Voice judge. Such is not the case for the Kerosene singer.

Ever since news of her split from Shelton broke, various men have been linked to Lambert. In fact, even fellow country singer and a good friend of the former couple, Chris Young, had been dragged into the speculations involving third parties - a piece of information vehemently denied by the alleged home-wrecker. Regardless of the authenticity of the reports, OK Magazine noted that the animosity between Swift and Lambert had been prompted by the latter's supposed bad treatment of her then husband Shelton.

"Taylor adores Blake in a big-brother way," an insider disclosed via Hollywood Life. The source added, "She's always been closer to him, and Miranda hated that. The performance was a favor to her management team. They've been in overdrive since her divorce and the backlash over rumors that she cheated. Who better to place her with than America's golden girl, Taylor Swift? Miranda's had to do a bunch of stuff she wouldn't normally do for the sake of repairing her image. That includes taking the stage with Taylor."

The OK Magazine report further noted that apart from Swift's objection over the way Lambert treated Shelton, the Somethin' Bad singer's attitude bother the Bad Blood artist. The source revealed, "[Taylor] thinks Miranda is a bully that will stomp all over anyone to get their way. She's seen and heard about Miranda's dark side many times, and that not the kind of friend she wants in her life."

Meanwhile, Katy Perry overtakes Swift in the list of highest paid musicians this year. Jumping from the fifth spot in 2014, the Roar singer now takes the top spot with a whooping $135 million income raked in, according to Forbes. Perry's jump to the top of the list had been primarily due to her Prismatic World Tour, in which the Dark Horse artist managed to earn an average of $2 million for every city in a show that comprised 126 appearances. Perry's endorsement deals, such as those for Cover Girl, Coty and Claire's, also boosted her financial growth.
